It is a hot seat that has seen Bernd Stange and now V. Sundram Moorthy leave the post within three years.

Singapore's next national football coach will face a tough task lifting the fortunes of the Lions, especially with many of the golden generation who won three Asean championships from 2004 to 2012 on their last legs coupled with a lack of exciting talent coming through.
