It will come as no surprise that with two seasons left in its television deal signed with telco StarHub in 2015, LaLiga wants to raise the price of its broadcast deal in Singapore.

That has been the trend with the English Premier League (EPL) juggernaut, and with Spanish football gaining traction here, LaLiga president Javier Tebas confirmed to The Straits Times that Singaporean viewers could be in for another hike.
