Exercise regimen: I used to work out in the gym, but now my main physical activity is muay thai, after getting inspired by a mixed martial arts bout when I was in Thailand. The sport builds strength, increases flexibility and is a good cardiovascular workout. I train three times a week. Muay thai is a good sport to pick up if you want to be fit and lean but not bulky.
Diet: I eat three meals a day. They consist of a mix of fruit, vegetables and lots of lean meat. I avoid fatty meat or fast food, but occasionally I enjoy French fries.

Exercise regimen: I attend High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes every morning. It involves short bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods designed to burn calories quicker. After the workout, I cool off with a run around Marina Bay. The scenic view makes the run a pleasant one.
Diet: I love eating, so I don't restrict myself to any special diets. I include a lot of colourful fruits and vegetables in my meals, most of which are home-cooked.
