President Francis argues Kembangan also failed to start with 11 players on 3 occasions but did not face expulsion

Gymkhana FC were booted out of the National Football League (NFL) for failing to field a full complement of 11 players at the kick-off of three matches this year.

But what has infuriated Gymkhana president Patrick Francis is that another club, NFL Division Two side Kembangan United, also contravened the same rule on three occasions, but have escaped similar punishment.
