Football: Two parties mulling takeover of SPL club Warriors; undeterred by its legal woes

SINGAPORE - A glimmer of hope has appeared for troubled professional football club Warriors FC, The Straits Times has learnt, in the form of two interested parties that are mulling a takeover in ownership of the Singapore Premier League (SPL) side.

The parties expressed their interest before the news on Thursday (Nov 7) of the club facing 107 charges for offences under the Employment Act, and are understood to be undeterred.
