The appointment of Unai Emery as Arsene Wenger's successor at Arsenal has stirred debate but Nigel Winterburn hopes the club's fans can rally behind the new manager.

The Spaniard was given the mandate this week, ending speculation that Wenger's assistant, Mikel Arteta, or Juventus' Massimiliano Allegri, will replace the Frenchman, who is the Gunners' most successful boss to date.
