SINGAPORE - England captain Harry Kane netted a hat-trick as the Three Lions joined Belgium in the last 16 after a thumping 6-1 win over Panama in Group G.

In Group H, Japan kept alive their hopes of qualifying for the knockout stages after coming from behind twice to draw 2-2 with Senegal.

Colombia, with star striker Falcao leading the way, dumped Poland out of the tournament with an impressive 3-0 victory.
