New U-15 head coach to rely on cooperation with stakeholders to give every player a shot at shining

He spent eight years as a youth coach in the Home United set-up and continued to give young players opportunities in his two years as head coach of the club's senior side.

Many would expect Philippe Aw to slide seamlessly into his new role as head coach of the Singapore Under-15 football team, but he knows everything will be different.
