PARIS (AFP) - Defending world football champions Spain and African champions Nigeria feature in an eight-team 2014 World Cup warm-up tournament to be staged in the United States from May 27 to June 10.

The "Road To Brazil" event, organised by Major League Soccer, also features Bosnia-Herzegovina, Greece, Ivory Coast, Honduras, as well as two teams not going to Brazil - Bolivia and El Salvador.

The World Cup kicks off on June 12.
