SINGAPORE eked out a narrow 1-0 win over minnows Cambodia in a football friendly at the Hougang Stadium on Sunday night.

The hosts' goal was scored by Shafiq Ghani in the 75th minute.

Both sides fielded Under-23 teams, in preparation for the SEA Games tournament in Myanmar which kicks off in two weeks.
