Football: Home United humble high-flying Tanjong Pagar United in S-League

Home United recorded their first win of the Great Eastern-YEO'S S-League season on Thursday evening, easing past high-flying Tanjong Pagar United 3-0 at the Queenstown Stadium.

Foreign signings Jordan Webb (41st minute), Sirina Camara (53rd) and Lee Kwan Woo (61st) were all on target as Lee Lim Saeng's side put the hosts to the sword.

Tanjong Pagar had gone into the match as one of only three unbeaten sides in the league but produced an insipid performance, with Ismael Benahmed's stoppage-time header their only effort on Shahril Jantan's goal.

Despite the loss, the Jaguars remain second in the 12-team league, while Home climb two spots to eighth.
