Everton up next for FA Cup giant-killers Oldham

LONDON (AFP) - Third-tier strugglers Oldham Athletic were handed a home game with Everton in the FA Cup fifth round after inflicting a famous upset defeat on the Toffees' Merseyside rivals Liverpool on Sunday.

Oldham's 3-2 win over Liverpool at Boundary Park made them the fifth lower-league team to eliminate Premier League opponents from the competition in this season's fourth round.

The big guns were kept apart in the draw, with Premier League leaders Manchester United drawn at home to Reading and Arsenal paired with Blackburn Rovers.

Luton Town stunned Norwich City on Saturday to become the first non-league team to beat a top-flight side since 1989, and the Conference National outfit were rewarded with a home game against Millwall, conquerors of Aston Villa.

Third-division Milton Keynes Dons, 4-2 winners over Queens Park Rangers, face Barnsley, while Leeds United of the Championship, who overcame Tottenham Hotspur, will travel to English champions Manchester City.

League One Brentford, who held holders Chelsea 2-2 on Sunday, can look forward to a trip to Middlesbrough if they manage to overcome the European champions in the replay at Stamford Bridge.
