Senior officials Lye, Yip slapped with 3-year bans by Asian body for serious rule violations

The Asian Kickboxing Confederation (Wako Asia) has imposed three-year bans on two senior officials in the Kickboxing Federation of Singapore (KFS) from all its activities.

In a statement posted on its website last Wednesday, Wako Asia announced that its board of directors found that Joel Lye, one of KFS' vice-presidents, and Valencia Yip, the local governing body's general secretary, had "seriously violated rules and regulations and their obligations".
