Consuming PEDs can lead to death, says HSA

A total of 25 cases involving performance-enhancing drugs that contain steroids were investigated by the HSA in 2016 and 2017.

If you think taking performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) like steroids to give you a boost in the gym is worth it, you better think twice.

In response to queries, a Health Sciences Authority (HSA) spokesman warned that taking PEDs could turn fatal and told The Sunday Times that it had received three "adverse event reports" in the last five years involving anabolic steroids.
