Asiad silver medallist cites lack of focus and motivation for decision to retire at 26

An embodiment of grit and determination, Roanne Ho has fought and conquered serious setbacks throughout her swimming career.

But, having achieved a high of an Asian Games silver last August, training and competition had become a mental grind.
