SINGAPORE - For the first time, the annual Cold Storage Kids Run will have two children as its ambassadors.

Abbie Rose Humphreys and Iryan Fandi will be ambassadors for the ninth edition of the run, which will be held in May.

Iryan, the son of local football legend Fandi Ahmad, had hosted a football clinic during the event's launch on Saturday. Together with his brother Ikhsan, the two imparted their dribbling and passing skills to more than 50 children.

Earlier on Sunday afternoon, Abbie Rose, daughter of local columnist Neil Humphreys, led a workout session at the United Square Atrium.

This theme of this year's run, where organisers hope to attract up to 5,000 participants, will be "Eat Healthy, Get Active".
