The Straits Times Athlete of the Year and para-paddler Jason Chee, 35, singing a duet with Table Tennis Association for the Disabled executive committee representative and volunteer coach Lily Wong, 54, at the Happy Joy Restaurant in Hotel Royal yesterday. The association was celebrating its seventh anniversary. Minister for Culture, Community and Youth Grace Fu was the guest of honour.
