Singapore's top female professional boxer Nurshahidah "The Sniper" Roslie ended up on the wrong side of the judges' scorecards on Saturday (July 7) night.
The 30-year-old took her Australian opponent, April "Armaggedon" Adams, the distance in their 10-round bout at the Mansfield Tavern in Brisbane, before the three judges scored a unanimous decision win for Adams, who is also 30.
With the win, Adams claimed the World Boxing Organisation (WBO) Asia-Pacific super bantamweight title, and extended her professional boxing record to nine wins, one loss and one draw.
Nurshahidah's record stands at eight wins and two losses.
