The NBA 3X, a popular fan festival with a three-on-three tournament, will be held for the first time in Singapore this year, announced the National Basketball Association (NBA).

To be held at the Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza from June 21 to 23, the event will include several fan activities such as a slam dunk contest, skill challenges, and autograph sessions with NBA personalities.

The tournament will consist of under-18, under-16, under-13, and open categories.

Said Scott Levy, senior vice-president and managing director, NBA Asia: "Bringing the NBA 3X event to Singapore is an exciting next step to growing basketball in the country. With the support of our partners and the Singapore Sports Council, we expect this to become an annual event that will give the local community an opportunity to improve their skills and have fun with the whole family."
