Singapore runners Wendy Enn, Shanti Pereira, Dipna Lim-Prasad and Smriti Menon broke the women's 4x100m national record at the Taiwan Open Athletic Championships on Friday by clocking 46.44 seconds.
The team qualified for the final which will be held at the Taipei Municipal Stadium on Saturday.
The previous record of 46.44 was set this year by Pereira, Enn, Eugenia Tan and Menon at the Singapore Open in April.
Earlier, Cheryl Chan lowered her 3,000m steeplechase mark of 12min 7.42sec set less than two months ago, clocking 11:55.50.
