Athletics: Singapore Athletics chief Ho Mun Cheong ready to step down but will contest for a management committee post

SINGAPORE - Singapore Athletics (SA) president Ho Mun Cheong will not seek to retain the top position at the upcoming election of the association's new leaders, but will instead run as an individual candidate for a management committee (MC) post.

Ho confirmed the news to The Straits Times on Wednesday (July 11), quelling speculation in the fraternity that he will lead a team in an attempt to retain the presidency.
