SINGAPORE - Singapore Athletics (SA) has admitted there was a "lapse in judgment" when a member of its staff put up a Facebook post that appeared to mock national marathon record holder Soh Rui Yong.
The post, which went up on Thursday (Feb 27), included a link to a World Athletics press statement announcing the ratification of Kenyan Brigid Kosgei's world record of 2hr 14min 4sec in the women's marathon.
