SINGAPORE - Chances of the 2025 World Athletics Championships heading to Asia are high, sources have told The Straits Times.

However, whether the destination of the biennial event is Singapore or Japan remains a toss-up. Kenya and Poland are two other nations that have thrown their hat into the ring for consideration.
