SINGAPORE - An old face will contest the presidency at the upcoming Singapore Athletics (SA) election in a bid to take the "dysfunctional" national sports association to new heights.
Former SA chief Tang Weng Fei, 64, who last year said he was mulling a return to the helm, told The Straits Times: "I've been asking (myself) this question: Whether I have to or I need to (come back). I don't think I have to, I've done enough in my total of eight years as president.
