SINGAPORE - Home hope Toh Sze Ning narrowly lost out on the boccia gold medal in the final of the mixed individual BC3 category match, losing 2-3 to Thailand's Tanimpat Visaratanunta in the Asean Para Games (APG).
Visaratanunta, who participated in the 2012 London Paralympic Games, was trailing 0-2 after End 2 but rallied to score three points in the final two ends to emerge victorious.
Toh, who beat defending champion Nurulasyiqah Mohammad Taha in the preliminary rounds, had previously finished fourth in the category for the 2014 edition of the APG.
