Steven Rodaway could hardly have asked for a more complicated start in his role as general manager of the HSBC Singapore Rugby Sevens.
Just two weeks after his appointment in late January, the sport's governing body World Rugby announced on Feb 13 that the tournament, originally scheduled for April 11-12, would be postponed to Oct 10-11 because of the coronavirus outbreak.
