A cowardly piece of fluff, says Soh

SA had issued statement it would not appeal against SNOC's omission of runner for Games

National marathoner Soh Rui Yong has blasted Singapore Athletics (SA) over its statement on his non-selection for the upcoming SEA Games, calling the comments "a cowardly piece of fluff".

In a media statement issued late on Friday night, the national sports association (NSA) said it would not be lodging an appeal for the 27-year-old Soh, who was omitted from the 585-athlete team for this year's SEA Games in the Philippines from Nov 30 to Dec 11.
