Sportswear manufacturer Nike is offering 1,000 complimentary slots to its Nike We Run SG event on Nov 3.

Official registration for the run will begin only later this month, but runners can secure free entry to the race, which is part of Nike's global We Run series in 26 cities.

Simply sign up and participate in a free 3km run at Fort Canning Park on Sept 13 and 14. The first 1,000 to sign up and complete the run will earn their slot to the Nov 3 race.

Interested participants can sign up at Nike stores at Orchard Central and Raffles City starting at 11am tomorrow, on a first come, first served basis.
