The Yellow Ribbon Project is commemorating its 10th anniversary with a book documenting its history.
The 174-page publication was launched on Saturday at the Celebrating Second Chances Award Ceremony. It features the stories of 38 individuals involved with the project, including ex-offenders, counsellors, and prison officers.
At the ceremony, 140 ex-offenders were also presented with awards for staying crime and drug-free since their release from prison.
The book is available for free download at www.yellowribbon.org.sg/yrbook.pdf.
