SINGAPORE - Wished there's a kind soul to wake you up at your stop while you get some shuteye on the train?

Ms Tan Zi Hui, 20, decided to seek out that kind soul among fellow commuters, by carrying a whiteboard with the request written on it.

She wrote on the whiteboard: "Please wake me up at Sengkang, thank you. P.S. If you want to Stomp, just Stomp, I'm too sleepy."

The photo of her sleeping on the train has been circulating on Twitter since she started carrying the board on Oct 27. The picture put up on Twitter by a fellow passenger has gotten more than 6,000 retweets.

She told Shin Min Daily News that she works in a restaurant in Tanjong Pagar, and usually takes the last train to go back home in Sengkang. She has ended up missing her station, and waking up only at Punggol, where the train service terminates, she said.

How's the response so far?

Only one person has responded to her appeal - a kind middle-aged man woke her up from her nap on Oct 28.
