SINGAPORE- About 300 people witnessed the $12 million Toto Hongbao Draw at Singapore Pools Building on Feb 27. The winning numbers were 02, 13, 19, 28, 41 and 42. The additional number was 14.
This year's prize sum, $12 million, more than the usual $10 million, was won by two people. The draw was held at 9.30pm.
The Singapore Pools site where the winning numbers were to be displayed has been down for at least 45 minutes since 9.30pm.
