What it should have been Yesterday's story "Bin centre was a complicated project: NAC" said that the National Arts Council had "defended" the high fees paid to consultants of a centralised refuse collection project. NAC has pointed out that it had accepted and acknowledged that the cost assessment for the consultancy services "should have been more robust". It had also said it will put in place relevant processes to ensure that the norm for cost assessment of consultancy fees be adopted for future development projects.
