The column "Riding the BTO roller coaster" last Sunday said that the Bishan Ridges Build-To-Order project which launched in November last year had a waiting time of seven years.
The Housing Board has clarified that Bishan Ridges had an estimated waiting time of 60 to 61 months at the point of launch, and an estimated delivery possession date of Oct 31 to Nov 30, 2027.
