A warehouse in a usually quiet industrial estate in Greenwich Drive was abuzz with bargain hunters yesterday, as online shopping site Ezbuy held its first clearance sale. A queue had formed at least an hour before the sale started and, by afternoon, the wait was as long as 31/2 hours. Ezbuy's head of warehouse sale Stella Ooi assured shoppers that there was enough stock to last the sale, which ends tomorrow. Its platform lets shoppers ship purchases from global online sites such as China's Taobao.
