The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the food and beverage site at Punggol Point on Tuesday.

The site, which was launched for public tender on Dec 4 last year, attracted a top bid of $11,368,800 from Fragrance Group Limited for the 11,606.6 sq m site.

The URA said that it has not awarded the tender yet, and will make a decision after the bids have been evaluated.

The site has 3,000 sq m in gross floor area and will be sold with a lease term of 15 years.
