A person was taken to Changi General Hospital after a truck toppled over along East Coast Parkway towards the city yesterday. The vehicle appeared to have fallen into a ditch. The Singapore Civil Defence Force told The Straits Times that it was alerted to the incident at about 3.45pm, and dispatched an ambulance to the accident site near the East Coast Seafood Centre.
