SINGAPORE - Dozens of international travellers were left in the lurch last month when bookings they made through third-party booking site HotelQuickly were cancelled without notice.
Ms Nuranisah Salamon, 36, told The Straits Times that she and her family had arrived at the Sunway Clio Hotel in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, on Nov 17, only to be told that their reservation had been cancelled days before.
