SINGAPORE- There was a delay in train services on the North-East Line on Monday due to a signalling fault. Train services resumed within 20 minutes.
SBS Transit said in a tweet on Twitter that free bus rides were available at designated bus stops between Punggol and Buangkok MRT stations.
SBS Transit had said on its smartphone app Iris: "Additional travel time of up to 10 minutes may be expected."
This is the second train delay today. Commuters on the Circle Line were also delayed this morning after a train before Tai Seng station suffered a nine-minute delay at around 7.47am.
