SINGAPORE - A collision occured between a bus, a truck and a trailer along the AYE on Monday (June 19) afternoon.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) was alerted to the accident, which happened along the Ayer Rajah Expressway towards Tuas before Benoi Road exit at around 3.23pm.

The trailer driver was helped out of their vehicle by SCDF personnel, while the bus driver had to be extricated using hydraulic rescue tools.

Both drivers were sent to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital conscious and in stable condition.

Police investigations are ongoing.
