Lornie Highway experiences slow traffic on first work day

SINGAPORE - The new Lornie Highway - previously known as the Bukit Brown Road - was greeted on its first working morning on Monday (Oct 29) with heavy and slow traffic.
The first section of the new highway had opened to much lighter traffic on Sunday.
