SINGAPORE – United States-listed ride-hailing giant Grab is looking to buy over Prime Taxi in a move reminiscent of a similar attempt to buy SMRT’s taxi business in 2017.
The Straits Times understands that Grab has already made an offer, but the deal is not yet sealed.
