SINGAPORE - Customer satisfaction at Changi Airport has fallen by 12 per cent this year - the biggest drop among Singapore's transport sectors.

It currently stands at 75 points according to research into eight transport and logistics sectors released on Friday by the Institute of Service Excellence in Singapore Management University.

However, its satisfaction level still remained higher than that of MRT trains, public buses and taxis which also recorded falls.

Trains dropped from 64 to 59 points from last year, buses from 61 to 59 points and taxis from 67 to 63 points.

Other sectors in the research included courier services, airlines, budget airlines and postal services.

Only local postal services provided by SingPost showed a significant improvementwith an increase of almost 6 per cent over last year to 71 points.
