The Marina Bay Cruise Centre (MBCC) could see its capacity double, as Singapore positions itself to capture a growing share of a booming industry which is still nascent in the region.
Just six years after the first ship called at the Marina Bay facility, the authorities are discussing major expansion plans, The Sunday Times has learnt.
