SINGAPORE - With the exception of commercial vehicles, certificates of entitlement (COE) for all other vehicles ended lower at the latest tender Wednesday (May 24).

Commerical vehicle COE, however, rose from $26,029 two weeks ago to hit $30,600, dashing industry hopes of a $15,000 premium after a supply surge.
