SINGAPORE - Certificates of entitlement (COE) premiums ended mostly lower in the latest tender on Wednesday.
COE for cars up to 1,600cc and 130bhp ended at $62,002, down from $65,001.
COE for cars above 1,600cc or 130bhp fell to $70,890, from $76,889 previously.
Open COE, which can be used for any vehicle type but ends up mainly for bigger cars, also decreased. It closed at $71,921, down from $76,790.
Commercial vehicle COE fell from $55,012 to close at $52,101, while motorcycle premiums ended at $5,504, up from $4,889.
