SINGAPORE - Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices finished mixed at the close of October's first bidding exercise on Wednesday (Oct 7).
Premiums for Category A - cars up to 1,600cc and 130bhp - rose from $55,399 to $56,001.
COE prices for Cat B - cars above 1,600cc or 130bhp - fell from $60,001 to $58,190.
For the open category, Cat E, which can be used for any vehicle type but ends up mainly being used for cars, prices dropped from $61,300 to $58,801.
Motorcycle premiums rose from $6,158 to $6,201.
COE premiums for goods vehicles and buses fell from $45,289 to $44,890.
