SINGAPORE - Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices finished mixed at the first of November's bidding exercise on Wednesday (Nov 4).
Premiums for Category A - cars up to 1,600cc and 130bhp - fell from $57,301 to $56,001.
COE prices for Cat B - cars above 1,600cc or 130bhp - also fell from $59,889 to $57,501.
For the open category, Cat E, which can be used for any vehicle type but ends up mainly being used for cars, prices rose slightly from $60,000 to $60,689.
Motorcycle premiums dipped from $6,302 to $5,912.
COE premiums for goods vehicles and buses increased from $42,303 to $43,809.
