Changi Airport adds more staff for holiday season

Weekend before Christmas is busiest time for airport, with record 221,000 passengers on Dec 21 alone last year

As the holiday season kicks into high gear, 20 per cent more staff have been deployed at the check-in and immigration counters in Changi Airport to keep things running smoothly.

The increase consists of both back-end and front-line staff who help passengers to operate the check-in kiosks.
