SINGAPORE - A fund set up to disburse public transport vouchers (PTVs) has snowballed to $13 million, with another $9.8 million due to be injected over the next year.
The total of more than $22 million is earmarked for distribution to needy households through this year's Public Transport Voucher exercise, in the form of a record 450,000 vouchers worth $50 each.
