SINGAPORE - Even with an incident as serious as last year's SingHealth data breach, the average man in the street felt that "it's just NRIC and data and it's no big deal".
There is, hence, a need to emphasise digital defence by making it another pillar of Singapore's Total Defence framework, said Colonel Joseph Tan, director of Nexus, the central agency for National Education and Total Defence under the Ministry of Defence.
